Like Mayflower, Linnell Landing is a bay side beach so there are wonderful sunsets. There are no lifeguards at Linnell Landing, and the parking lot is smaller. In addition to being closer to Nickerson & access to the bike path,you would be close to Orleans which has a nice walkable downtown. You can rent kayaks for Nickerson.

Linnell Landing Beach in Brewster is our favorite Bay side beach. Very sandy, minimum rocks to traverse and the " Brewster flats" when the tide is out is just great to walk, shell, and wade in the tide pools.
